We had a wonderful stay at Boutique Abode 316. the location was superb, offering a great view from both the balcony and the rooftop terrace. the bedrooms were comfortable, with the master bedroom even having an en, suite bathroom. the kitchen was well, equipped with quality appliances and basic supplies like coffee, tea, sugar, and milk were provided. the apartment was tastefully decorated and inviting, and the living area had comfortable seating for four people. Rob, the host, was fantastic and provided excellent communication. He even allowed us to have a late check, out, making our stay even more enjoyable. Cons: N/A.

thanks for great stay, having setting so close to everything in the city limits. the location is magnificent and fantastic if you want to access chinatown, located relatively close to the property.

Celebrating a birthday, attending Muriel's Wedding and AFL games, and exploring Melbourne's café culture, we booked 2 x 2 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms at Boutique Abode 316 for 4 days. Rob, the host, was incredibly accommodating, allowing early check-in, providing a list of local dining options, and even letting us keep one apartment until after lunch. The apartments were beautifully furnished, and the added touches like milk, Tim Tams, and coffee pods were greatly appreciated. We all agreed that we will definitely book here again!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a comfortable room, free wifi, and satellite TV. The location was perfect, close to shops and entertainment venues. The staff treated us fabulously, with great communication and accommodation.
The breakfast option could be improved with a wider selection.

The apartment had a great location, close to major attractions and a tram stop right at the doorstep. It was also within walking distance to the mall, making it convenient for shopping. The stylish interior and facilities provided made it perfect for our family of four. The beds and linen were also of high quality, ensuring a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. we had a pleasant experience in this modern apartment.
The noise level in the apartment. Despite having double glazing, there was still some road noise from passing trains and trams.
